Ms. Morin Chaturvedi

Principal

With nearly three decades of experience spanning academia and the corporate world, Ms. Morin Chaturvedi is a dynamic leader with expertise in education, pedagogy, family psychology, and school administration. She holds a Master’s in Chemistry, a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Family Therapy, a Bachelor’s in Education, trained in EYFS (Early years Foundation Stage), and is an Associate of the Insurance Institute of India.

Over the past two decades, Ms. Chaturvedi has held key teaching and leadership roles in some of the most renowned schools across India, including Greenwood High, Chrysalis High, GEAR Innovative International School, Vydehi School of Excellence, Explorika, Carmel, and St. Joseph’s School.

Her global exposure includes time spent at Longacre Elementary School in Michigan, USA, where she gained valuable insights into the teaching methodologies of American public schools.

In her last role as Director of Academics at School Serv Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd., she led teams to provide academic guidance and leadership to numerous CBSE and IGCSE schools, including Wellsprings Academy.

Ms. Chaturvedi is deeply committed to nurturing students, fostering innovation in teaching- learning practices, and identifying and developing students' unique talents. She draws inspiration from Howard Gardner’s theory of Multiple Intelligences and has successfully implemented it in classroom settings across diverse curricula. Her passion for continuous learning keeps her engaged with the latest developments in education and child psychology, and she has contributed to numerous training programs as both a participant and facilitator.

Beyond the classroom, Ms. Chaturvedi takes a keen interest in parental involvement, counselling parents and guardians to promote their active engagement in students' growth and development. She also mentors teachers and students, helping them unlock their potential.

With her extensive knowledge, hands-on experience, and leadership vision, Ms. Chaturvedi aims to make Wellsprings Academy a thriving environment where students grow as confident learners equipped with knowledge and skills, to become responsible global citizens.
