Design Thinking

Children have an innate quality of curiosity and questioning, which can help them discover opportunities beyond the periphery of their immediate surroundings. Design Thinking can help children be problem solvers, future leaders, or visionaries if encouraged during their early education.

To foster Design Thinking in children, Wellsprings Academy organises regular sessions and workshops curated specifically for children to cultivate creative confidence and collaborative skills, deepen observation, develop empathy, and align them around specific goals and results.

Design Thinking creatively keeps children engaged in activities that make them empathise and understand the needs of the people they are designing for, identify or re-define problems, brainstorm and generate ideas, and finally, test and evaluate the ideas using prototypes to learn and get the best solutions.
